Paid Application Agreement 

This Paid Application Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") governs your use of OnlyNet (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Application on your compatible devices for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Payment Terms

The Application is offered as a In-app purchases.Some features require payment. By purchasing the Application, you agree to pay the specified purchase price.

All payments are processed through Apple App Store, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Application.

Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Application.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by our company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HNET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The modified Agreement will be posted within the Application, and your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
