Service Agreement

Welcome to OnlyNet (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). Before using the Software, please read this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. By using the Software, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Software.

1. Service Content

The Software provides network traffic tools kit aimed at forward your network traffic to your provided proxy server.The specific services are described within the Software.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Software. By using the Software, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Purchase and Subscription

The Software is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. You can purchase subscription services via the App Store. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple Inc.

4. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Software may require payment. You agree to pay the applicable fees according to the selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Software for any illegal activities or in violation of this Agreement. You are responsible for all activities and consequences arising from your use of the Software.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the services of the Software at any time. If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we have the right to immediately terminate your access to the Software.

The services of the Software are provided "as is," and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the services. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Australian. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall negotiate amicably.

10. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published within the Software. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
